National Public Lands Day

National Parks are free today! Consider visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Mesa Verde, Colorado National Monument, Curecanti, Great Sand Dunes, Bent's Old Fort, Dinosaur, Florissant Fossil Beds, Hovenweep, or Rocky Mountain National Park.

National Public Lands Day at the Dave Wood Interpretive Trail

his is a one-day event for 3rd and 4th graders from Northside Elementary School in Montrose Colorado. The students will rotate through 6 themed stations. The Forest Service will be hosting the event. We will also be partnering with the Public Lands Partnership, and the Montrose Botanical Garden.
